One of my favorite sites for fan fiction and other stories, The Royal Academy of Bards. It was on this site that I posted my first story.
Another good fanfic site is The Athenaeum.

Here is an organization that I belong to: The Golden Crown Literary Society. Their goal is to promote lesbian genre fiction. They have annual awards, which are presented at the annual conference. The conferences are geared for readers and writers with a wide variety of workshops. As a writer, I always learn something new. As a reader, I get a chance to interact with some of my favorite authors.
